Jamie Garrett Has Another Snake Run-in – Can You Help Identify This Snake?

For the second time in the past couple weeks I've had a run-in with a snake near my house.  This time, it hit closer to home, literally and figuratively.I was leaving my house yesterday afternoon, heading back to work for my afternoon show, when I noticed one of my sons' toy swords sticking out of a bush right outside the front door.  I was talking with someone on the phone as I reached out to get the "sword" out of the bush when I happened to notice that the "sword" had a flicking tongue.  It was at this point that I hung up the phone and did what any normal, 21st-century man would do... I got it on video on my phone.

Help me out, folks.  What kind of snake is this?  I've told my wife and kids it's not poisonous, but I truthfully have no idea.  Any ideas?
