LowBrow Tattoo Convention Returns to the Harker Heights Event Center

It's almost time for the annual LowBrow Art and Tattoo Convention at the Harker Heights Event Center!

It all starts September 15th! Tickets cost $13 per day, or guests can select a weekend pass for $30.00. Kids under 13 can get in for free. You must be 18 years of age to get a tattoo, and 21 or older to drink.
