A 26-year-old man was arrested and placed in Coryell County Jail today after he was charged for being involved in a deadly accident that killed Twisted Wrench nightclub owners Michael Shawn Richard and Lisa Gayle Richard late February.

They were reportedly on their way home from their business in Harker Heights where they collided with another vehicle on US-190 in Copperas Cove.

One of the drivers in the accident, Cosme Agustin Urbina, was not injured, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.

He did, however, have a blood-alcohol level of .186 - more than double the legal limit. The officer who initially investigated the accident said Urbina admitted he was drinking before the crash.

His bond is set to $200,000 - charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
