A man in Central Texas is currently incarcerated after stealing a vehicle from a parking lot with two children still inside.

According to a report from KXXV, on Sunday at the Central Texas Marketplace in Waco, a man drove away with a stolen F-150 truck that was occupied by two children.

Vincent Foster was apprehended by police in Temple, Texas at a truck stop and is now being held on a $50,000 bond at the McLennan County Jail on charges of two counts of endangering a child, two counts of kidnapping, one count of theft of a vehicle and theft of a firearm.

The children, a boy, 9, and a girl, 14, were found safe and were reunited with their parents. The girl jumped out of the moving truck and ran back to her parents, and the suspect dropped the boy off at another location.
