Plane Crashes At Dallas Area Airport
A small plane crashed into a hangar at the Addison Airport near Dallas Sunday morning, killing ten people on board.
Chron reports that a Beechcraft BE-350 King Air headed to St. Petersburg, Florida lost control while it was taking off and crashed into an unoccupied hangar. Two crew members and eight passengers died, possibly from both impact and the fire after the crash.
The plane was recently owned by a charter company based in Chicago, but may have changed hands recently, officials said.
The investigation is ongoing, with much speculation as to what caused the accident.
