Police Seeking Woman Who Stole Botox Treatment

Harker Heights police are searching for a woman accused of failing to pay for a Botox treatment she received from a local business.

Investigators say the woman underwent a treatment valued at $475 at About Face Medspa & Wellness in the 200 block of E Central Texas Expressway on the afternoon of October 22. She attempted to pay for the procedure with a prepaid debit card, but it was not accepted. The woman told a receptionist she would run to a bank and return with payment, leaving behind identification. The ID turned out to be false and the woman never returned.

She’s described as a Caucasian woman in her 40s with blond hair and brown eyes. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Harker Heights Police Department, Criminal Investigation Division at 254-953-5400.
