Super-Sized Order Up: Child Bought How Many Burgers in Texas?
In the age of delivery services that we live in, it's very easy to order food whatever you want, whenever you want. It's very helpful especially in times of not wanting to cook. When the app is downloaded on your phone too, the temptation is very real.
But what about times when you don't mean to order food? What if somebody else orders the food for you?
What if it's a family member that orders it? Well normally, you might be a little angry at said family member. But at least you'll have food for whatever time of day it is.
This story, however, wouldn't make you mad, more so confused on how it even happened. According to NBC 5 in Dallas Fort-Worth, Kelsey was letting her 2-year-old son Barrett play with her phone.
According to her when interviewed, Barrett ""usually likes to take pictures of himself, and so he was doing that."
As it turns out, Barrett wasn't exactly taking photos of himself. He was ordering 31 cheeseburgers via the DoorDash app installed on her app.
Kelsey didn't realize how many burgers were bought until the delivery was brought to her front door. Barrett even tipped the driver 16 dollars. Overall, the total cost of the order was $91.70.
Kelsey however decided instead to share the cheeseburgers with anyone who was hungry. Sometimes silly stories have heart-warming endings.
But this makes me wonder what restaurants would be worth ordering over 30 items from. I can think of at least 2. But help us out, where would you order over 30 items? Let us know via our station app.
