Want To Rent Out A Pool? Swimply Might Be The Way To Splash Into Summer
In this everchanging world, sometimes we all need a moment to take a breather. Especially in the this Texas heat we're about to go through. I am not mentally prepared to be sweating most of the day.
But recently, a new sort of lifestyle app has entered our lives. To be completely honest as well, this is something that I didn't expect people to actually rent out either, least it be at someone's actual home.
But if there's need for it in this technological age that we live in, it's bound to be available. What am I talking about exactly? The ability to rent out pools.
But not just a regular pool where people gather to have fun during the summer. An app called swimply is allowing people to lease out their swimming pool for rental. And the best part for the pool owner? The person who's renting has to pay a fee for how long they want to stay poolside.
So for example, say you want to chill at one of the pool listings for say 3 hours. The fee to rent the pool is $30. So you pay $90, and you get to have a pool all to yourself, or you can bring friends to help even out the cost.
So, I downloaded the app to look at some pools around our area, and my wallet may have started to yell a little bit. Here's some of the best I found!
Any pool that has a Disney Reference in it has a soft spot for me. Located in Temple, this wonderful little abode even a wonderful walkway up to it:
Yes, I feel like have to sing the song going up to it as well. Let's splashdown into Harker Heights to see what poolside experiences await us:
Oh now we're talking! Aptly named "Escape to Paradise," this looks cozy. Bonus points for the water slide and ping pong table.
Even the chairs look so comfy poolside. Looks it'd be perfect to tan on too. Let's take one last look around Killeen to see what they have for us:
Now this is style! Feels like I should be wearing fancy swimwear to swim in this pool. And there's even this cool bar area:
Now fair warning, you will have to pay a little extra for the bar, but in my opinion it's worth it!
Happy summer swimming everyone!
