Remember last year when we experienced record snow and cold for a week? Here are some pics from that horrible time, not only in Central Texas, but the whole state.

This winter storm is rare for us Central Texans, and some sometimes we are not sure what to do. Hundreds of thousands in the area have been without power for hours and even days, which means refrigerators and freezers are out of commission...

We have managed to have a pretty "tame" winter so far but you know what happens every time we hear these 2 words "wintry" and "snow" in Texas. We respond with two words of our own: SHUT. DOWN.

The phrase "feed a cold" isn't just something your parents used to say. Science agrees with them.

This "winter weather event" as many have called it captivated our area and provided some crazy moments before and after its passing. I've kept track of these occurrences and for the sake of history, here's a timeline of what happened this week:
