As a former business owner myself, I can tell you, your business status can change at a moment's notice and without warning. Some are calling this past year a brutal one for business. This is just a sample of all the businesses closing locations soon. The complete list has nearly 200 different retail companies. But the news isn't all bad. So far Abilene stores are safe and show no signs of shutting down.
