News 10 is reporting this past Sunday's 26th annual Tri-County Toy Run was a huge success across Central Texas.

Outside of the American Legion Post 133, hundreds of bikers gathered to donate toys and bicycles for kids in need during the holiday season.

KWTX said, "The caravan made its way through Bell and Coryell counties and ended in Lampasas to give out the gifts."

The Bikers have been collecting toys for this event since back in February. The goal was to raise enough toys to help out as many kids as possible.

Bruce Raymond, chairman of the Tri-County Toy Run, emphasized how rewarding it is to help the over 13,000 underprivileged kids in Central Texas.

"(It’s) very rewarding,” said Raymond. “You know, none of us get paid. Nobody, none of the volunteers, myself, John, none of us get paid. We do this to help these children. And it just amazes me how many we have within our three counties, that actually just dream about a Christmas.”
