Vaccinated? Krispy Kreme Will Give You Free Doughnuts All Year
In an effort to support COVID-19 vaccinations, Krispy Kreme is sweetening the deal by offering a delicious special to those who've been vaccinated.
According to a press release from Krispy Kreme, anyone who presents their COVID-19 vaccination card can receive a free doughnut each day for the remainder of the year at participating locations.
What's better than a warm glazed doughnut? A FREE warm glazed doughnut! (Sorry, I had to.) Plus you'll be rewarding yourself for helping slow and hopefully put an end to this pandemic.
Of course, Krispy Kreme is not forgetting those frontline healthcare workers who are diligently battling COVID-19 and may not have the time to stop in for their free doughnut. They'll be showing their support for health care workers and volunteers who are helping administer vaccines by delivering free doughnuts to select vaccination centers throughout the country in the coming weeks.
“We all want to get COVID-19 behind us as fast as possible and we want to support everyone doing their part to make the country safe by getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme's Chief Marketing Officer.
Krispy Kreme is also going one step further by offering employees up to 4 hours of paid time off, "to help encourage and enable their COVID-19 vaccinations, furthering the safety of team members and guests."
And if you're grabbing that free doughnut, you might as well grab a free medium coffee, which is available, no purchase necessary, every Monday, March 29 through May 24.
