Kane Brown is in the middle of planning a wedding with his fiance Katelyn Jae, somehow he has been able to fit in touring with Chris Young on his "Losing Sleep" tour and he even managed to stop by and hang out with Jimmy Kimmel. Jimmy Kimmel's concert series is definitely a trip many of us would love to take. It's fantastic that country music is making all these appearances on late night shows lately.

Kane Brown performed his latest single "Heaven" which is a sneak peak into his relationship with his fiance Katelyn Jae. Kane Brown also performed "What Ifs", his duet with his former high school classmate Lauren Alaina. Lauren Alaina and Kane Brown met in junior high, when they were in Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School choir class together Lauren Alaina forced Kane Brown to sing after she heard him humming a song. Kane Brown can thank Lauren Alaina for her persistence. What are the chances that both of them would end up pursuing a career in country music and then meet up to perform "What Ifs"?
