Houston, Texas is the fourth largest city in the United States, and is known for being home to several Fortune 500 companies, and obviously there is a lot of wealth there too because of the oil and gas industry. Houston also conveniently sits along the Gulf, so there are several beach communities nearby that attract affluent residents to enjoy year round salt life views.

Dallas has a reputation as being a bit more cosmopolitan, and does not lake in its share of wealthy residents and CEOs. However, regardless of the vibe Dallas puts off, it sits number 4, and right behind Houston by a couple, for number of Fortune 500 headquarters.

You know how you have to keep an eye out for golf carts on some of the streets in Texas cities? This town feels like they hop around town on thoroughbred horses they keep in the stables behind their mansions.
According to this FW article, Hunters Creek Village residents average over $200,000 per year income for both men and women. Zillow says the AVERAGE home costs around $2.5 million.
