Where Does Texas Rate in the States With the Most Fluoridated Water
Fluoride in your tap water. Yes, this is a thing. In fact, since it's inception back in the 1940s, community water fluoridation is considered one of the top public health achievements of the 20th century. Tossing a little fluoride in the drinking water is simply done to help reduce tooth decay. Consider it a back up plan for those who don't have a dental plan.
Of course, you can't have a major achievement without some major bitching. The "bitch" about fluoride in the tap water is the worry about fluoride build-up in your bones. That threat is only realistic after long time exposure to fluoride levels of 4.0 mg/L. The United States Public Health Service recommends a level of 0.7mg/L. So how much fluoride is in Texas's Water, if any?
HealthGrove ranked the states, including the District of Columbia, by percent of people on community water systems that have fluoridated water.
- Hawaii
#51
Now I guess with only a percentage of just over 10 percent of people getting fluoride in their tap water we can safely call Hawaii the Great Britain of the Pacific.

Number 1
I think we could've guessed this would be number 1, since it's just one city verses whole states. But, it does seem fitting that this city has fluoride in it's water. This way, all the politicians can keep their teeth all white and shiny as they lie to us.
