The 2022 RodeoHouston entertainment lineup was released on Wednesday night and wow, what a lineup it is.

This years line-up is one for the ages as just about every major Country artist will be there.

You may already know about both Cody Johnson kicking things off on February 28, and "The King," George Strait, with special guest Ashley McBryde, wrapping things up on March 20th. All the artist scheduled to play this year are all must see entertainment.

The Line-Up

RodeoHouston is jammed pack with night after night of big-time shows with Cody Johnson kicking things off on February 28. Here's the full list:

Tickets for Cody Johnson and George Strait have already been on-sale, but tickets for the other shows will go on-sale on Thursday, January 13 online at rodeohouston.com. Ticket prices are really affordable for most of the shows with prices starting at $20, plus service fee's, but be prepared to spend big on King George as those tickets are $180 plus service fees.

The Elephant in the Room

That elephant of course being COVID-19. When asked about COVID protocols, President and CEO of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Chris Boleman, said,

“At this point, we’re not doing tests or proof of vaccines or anything like that. We’re just watching to see where we are, and we’ll see where we are six weeks from now."

Looks like the show will go on, but anything can change between now and February 28.
