Accidental Shooting at Killeen Pawn Shop

A shooting is a shooting, unless it's an accident.

KWTX is reporting that a shooting in Killeen Thursday afternoon was an accident.

It happened in the parking lot of a Action Pawn Shop at 1107 South Fort Hood Street.. One man was sent to a local hospital.

Police said a man was in his car clearing a weapon when it accidentally discharged. The discharged shot hit the man in the leg.

This is why I stopped trying to clear a load in the car. Accidental discharges are really embarrassing. Even more so when it's in public.
