America’s Largest Indoor Waterpark Coming To Round Rock

Over the Memorial Day holiday, we took a trip up to Grand Prairie to check out Epic Waters Indoor Water Park which is CURRENTLY the largest indoor water park in Texas but in pure Texas fashion, we gotta go BIGGER.

Last year, Kalahari Resorts broke ground on what will become AMERICA'S largest indoor waterpark in Round Rock which is scheduled to open in 2020.

The $550 million dollar, 350 acre complex will be an "African" themed water park and convention center with nearly 1,000 guest rooms, a 223,000 square foot indoor waterpark, an adventure park with thrill rides, ropes course, climbing walls, indoor zipline, bowling, laser tag, mini-golf and more!

Drone footage from YouTube user AVS-TX shows the progress being made as the park development continues to take shape.

We're lucky enough to get our first peek at what's to come when Kalahari Resort And Convention Center opens up next year and we gotta admit that even we are excited for this HUGE complex to open up!
