Baylor Issues Campus Alert As Police Swarm Ferrell Center
It was an intense morning at Baylor University this morning in Waco.
KWTX News 10 reports that police "flooded" the campus after a car chase ended in the parking lot of the Ferrell Center and two individuals jumped out and ran off. Students had been given instructions to shelter in place until an all clear is issued.
News 10 reports police had surrounded the business school and the Simpson Athletics and Academic Center on University Parks Drive. The Hankamer School of Business is also seeing lots of police activity. The all-clear was issued at 11:55 after all suspects had been placed in police custody.
