Everyone knows one of the major obstacles to attending college is the financial impact it can literally have on the rest of your life. You hear horror stories all the time about how people have been making student loan payments for 20 or 30 years, and yet they still owe as much as a luxury car or even an entire home with just about zero prospects of ever getting clear of the debt.

According to this KCEN article, Baylor is aggressively targeting 2030 for a new scholarship initiative to raise $250 million to assist both current and future co-eds in achieving their goal of getting a degree. Baylor wants higher education to be not just available, but also attainable.
