
New Killeen Homecoming Event To Celebrate 50 Years Of Head Start & 4C
Killeen, Texas will host a huge a birthday party and homecoming event this Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center to celebrate 60 years of Head Start and their 50 year partnership with Central Texas 4C inc. Whether you were ever a 4C kid, friends with a 4C family, or have been blessed by a 4C alum, you are invited to their very first homecoming in Killeen.

The Head Start program began during the Lyndon B. Johnson administration, and has been in communities across the country for 60 years with the goal of assisting at risk youth by providing access to education, and support to families that need it most. In the last 50 years, over 27,000 children have passed through the 4C Head Start program in Bell County alone.

Often times in life we do not take the time to celebrate the wins and we definitely move on from them way to quickly. With 50 years of incredible success, 4C is well past due to celebrate, and you are welcome to join them for a free meal and a whole lot of fun this Friday.
