Canada is Invading Texas And They’re Bringing Their Famous Coffee With Them
The Canadians are coming, the Canadians are coming!
It's not a bad thing, and at least they're not Californians. Lord knows we've seen plenty of people from The Golden State make their way to God's Country over the years.
Welcome To Texas
There are certain brands that just seem to live off of word of mouth alone. Tim Hortons is one of them. I've never been to Canada, but as a coffee lover, I am well aware of Tim Horton's coffee.
Now it looks like they are expanding the empire into Texas and their first location will be a nice drivable distance away... in Katy, Texas.
Tim Horton's Coffee
ABC 13 reports that the iconic Canadian brand coffee will head to the great state of Texas and brings their coffee and donut shop with them. The Katy, Texas location should be open by August with two more locations opening in Houston later in the year.
So what should we expect besides coffee? Tim Hortons brings donuts, breakfast sandwiches, tea, iced beverages and plenty more.
600 and Counting
With 4,000 locations throughout Canada, and more than 600 locations in the U.S., with most of them in New York, Ohio and Michigan, Texas is as far south as they've been.
California or Canada
We could make a list of the pros and cons for California or Canada, but as long as we get some good coffee out of the deal, Canada, plus Canadians, are notoriously nicer.
