Criminal Justice Worker Arrested For Sex With Supervised Person

A woman in Victoria was arrested on Friday after officials discovered she had an inappropriate relationship with someone under the Texas Department of Criminal Justice supervision.

According to a report from the Victoria Advocate, a criminal justice worker was arrested on Friday for a state jail felony of sexual intercourse with a person under the supervision of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Court documents state the offense took place June 20, 2019. A grand jury indicted here on November 12 of this year.
