You can buy an FDA approved COVID-19 test on Amazon, but it's better (and cheaper) to let the professionals conduct the test.

The Texas Division of Emergency Management, Texas' Department of State Health Services, and the City of Killeen are hosting a drive-through testing clinic on Monday, January 11 and Tuesday, January 12 from 9AM to 7PM. Testing will be conducted at the Killeen Special Events Center, 3301 S. WS Young Drive.

Testing personnel will be wearing masks, and they ask that you do as well. You can sit in the comfort of your car and they'll conduct the nasal swab. You should get your test results back via text message or email within 48 to 72 hours.

In order to be tested, you'll need to register in advance. You can do that at honumg.info/KilleenEvents.

They don't require you be symptomatic in order to be tested (some folks have to be tested for work or certain services), but there are symptoms to watch for, such as:

Fever and/or chills
Cough (dry or productive)
Fatigue
Body aches/muscle or joint pain
Shortness of breath
Sore throat
Headaches
Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
Nasal congestion
Loss of taste and/or smell

Again, they ask that you wear a mask to the testing site and only pull it down or remove it while they conduct the swab. If you're experiencing extreme symptoms and having difficulty breathing, don't wait to be tested. Get medical help immediately.
