Austin, Texas has been added to the massive tour Dwight Yoakam is on throughout 2025 and will be one of his last stops as he is supporting his brand new album Brighter Days. It is exciting to see Yoakam doing so many shows this year, and he is on the road with so many incredible acts that you really want to hit up multiple dates just to enjoy the differing experiences.

If you have never seen Yoakam play, you are missing out on hands down one of the greatest entertainers and I have repeatedly said, "A Dwight Yoakam concert is my first choice to introduce someone to country because it is impossible to go to one of his shows, and not have a great time." After that, we all know once you go country you will be a fan for life.

Personally, I would go just to watch Marcus King, and that is coming from a huge Yoakam fan. Los Lonely Boys is an unmatched cherry on top for this Texas sized show.
