Rita Ballou Wore a Poncho to Work Today — Fabulous or Fail?

This morning when I woke up and it was cold and rainy, I almost didn't want to get out of bed.  However, now that I am at work I am super pumped that I made it in.Rita either made a fabulous decision to wear a poncho, or she failed.  As much as I do not find myself to be a member of the fashion police, this outfit struck me as funny...  What do YOU think?
