Bands of heavy rain from Hurricane Harvey are expected across Central Texas Saturday morning through Monday morning. A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Bell County.

Anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of rainfall are likely across the area along a line from Temple to Marlin to Franklin according to the National Weather Service.

A Flash Flood Watch means conditions are favorable for heavy rain which could lead to flash flooding. Stay weather aware through the weekend for the latest updates. Be prepared to take action if a Flash Flood Warning is issued for our area.
