According to MySanAntonio, a H-E-B Chinese Kitchen is still in business in the Lone Star State. Where is it you ask? None other than McAllen, Texas!

Yes, thanks to the power of social media once again, more Texans are learning that one singular Chinese Kitchen still exists. Could this lead to a potential resurgence of the eatery? Only time will tell.
