‘Yellowstone’ Star Jen Landon Sells Eco-Friendly California Home for Above Asking — See Inside! [Pictures]

Yellowstone star Jen Landon has sold her luxurious, eco-friendly home in California for well above her original asking price.

According to the Robb Report, the actor — who plays the colorful, foul-mouthed ranch hand Teeter on the smash hit show — listed her 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,930-square-foot luxury condo for $1,795,000 in September.  The upscale home in an exclusive part of Venice sold for $1.925 million in a deal that closed on Nov. 30, according to online property sites.

That final selling price is $130,000 more than Landon initially asked, and it breaks down to $997 per square foot and a monthly payment of $12,560. Landon bought the property for $975,000 in 2010.

Built in 2009, the high-end condominium juxtaposes luxury and sustainability, with bamboo hedges and floors, top-of-the-line energy saving appliances and built-in, fully plumbed beds for planting herbs and vegetables.

The residence features an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area and living room all opening onto each other. A massive, oversized window splashes natural light all throughout the main floor. The kitchen features custom countertops, and a main floor guest bedroom has its own attached bathroom, with a spa-like shower and extensive storage.

The upstairs centers around a large master suite that encompasses a sitting area, walk-in closet, attached master bath and access to the rooftop deck, which offers sweeping 360-degree views of the city and the mountains.

Landon is best known for her role as Teeter on Yellowstone, but she's actually Hollywood royalty. Her father was Bonanza and Little House on the Prairie star Michael Landon, and she made her acting debut as a child in an episode of his show Highway to Heaven.
