Killeen Police Seeking Information About Four Aggravated Robbery Suspects
Detectives with the Killeen Police Department are hoping the public can help them identify four men captured on surveillance footage during an early Saturday morning robbery in which a store employee was injured by gunfire.
Officers responded to a report of an aggravated robbery at the Valero convenience store at 1104 West Rancier Avenue around 4:13 AM.
When they arrived, a witness said four men had taken off after robbing the store. One of the men reportedly entered the area behind the store’s checkout counter with a gun and demanded money.
An employee was shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, after which the men fled the scene in a gold colored 4-door car with their ill-gotten gains.
The shooting victim was transported to Advent Health Hospital in Killeen for treatment.
Detectives reviewing surveillance footage later determined that the four suspects had entered the store earlier in the morning, then returned after appearing to have switched clothes with one another.
The suspects were described as Black men. The first suspect was wearing a multi-colored beanie hat, eyeglasses, and had a red hoodie with “Texas State” on the front.
The second suspect was wearing a red do-rag on his head and appeared to have long hair. He had a beard and was wearing a hooded red plaid jacket and a purple shirt with yellow writing on the front.
The third suspect was wearing a gray beanie and had a beard. He was wearing a black hooded jacket and a black shirt with a cross necklace.
The fourth suspect was wearing a black jacket over a shirt with yellow writing on the front. He had long hair and was wearing a bandana style mask over his face.
