The City of Killeen, Texas just made it easier to pay your water bill, report non-emergency issues, and keep up with what's happening around town. A new platform called 'Killeen Connect' is now available to let residents submit information and request services.

With the free SeeClickFix mobile app and website, you can provide the City of Killeen staff with photos, specific descriptions, and other valuable information needed to resolve problems. The platform also provides city officials a better system to manage issues from creation to resolution, according to the press release from the city.

The City of Killeen wants to make sure citizens feel connected and empowered to help clean up their community, so that’s the reason behind this app. We also see it as a great tool to gather ideas, recommendations and suggestions that community members have for their city.

Reporting Problems in Killeen

This partnership allows citizens to report problems, comment on/view, and even vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors. Citizens can even create their own 'watch areas' to receive notifications about issues reported in their community, enabling them to follow the progress of all service requests, including ones they report.

The mobile app is available for download on Android and Apple devices. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports to the City of Killeen’s website.

Forbes lists 63 billionaires in Texas, including Elon Musk. Let's find out who's at the top of the list in the Lone Star State for 2022, right behind Musk.
