Make your plans to head to Salado on Saturday for the Fall Food Truck Festival to benefit the Salado Volunteer Fire Department.

The weather in Central Texas is damn near perfect right now. This Saturday will be no exception, with temps in the mid to upper 80's under mostly sunny skies. It's a perfect day to knock out those honey do's and get outside and have some fun. Plus, you'll be doing it for a great cause.

The 7th Annual “Fall (Food Truck) Festival” is brought to you by Amy's Attic Self Storage, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Salado Volunteer Fire Department. It's running from 11-4 PM, so you'll have plenty of time to do the things you need on Saturday, then head out for all the fun.

The Fall (Food Truck) Festival happens at Amy’s Attic Self Storage at 3524 FM 2484 in Salado. It's free to enter, and there'll be 60 food trucks and vendors on hand. Plus, lots of family friendly events are also planned - a kid's costume contest, fire trucks and volunteer firefighters, inflatables, entertainment, and much more.
