Over the river and across the skies to Grandmothers house we go. If you are driving to Grandma’s you may have better luck getting there on time than those who are trying to fly there. If you booked a flight for Tuesday and you still aren’t on the plane.  I am very sorry.  But here is a good website for you.

It's called the Misery Map, and it shows real-time updates on the delays and cancellations at airports around the country, and which routes are having the most recurring problems. You can even track a specific flight.  So the people who are waiting to pick you up can check up on you.

You can't really do much about speeding things up but at least you can see what is slowing you down.
