Missing Temple Girl Dies After She Is Found Left Inside Car

It's a tragic ending for a local family after Temple Police who responded to a report of a missing child, only to have the missing girl turn up inside a vehicle near the 1600 block of East Barton Ave.Police say a two-year-old girl was found inside a vehicle on Sunday, and that she had probably been inside for over an hour prior to their arrival. Temple Fire and Rescue initiated CPR at the scene and took the girl to Baylor Scott and White Hospital. She passed away at the hospital.
