National Burger Day the Pefect Excuse to Grill Another Day

Did you fire up the grill on Memorial day? Are you not ready to put the cover back on? Well with today being national burger day and the lesser known national brisket day, you have the perfect excuse to bar-b-que.

It's a crime that brisket day is being shadowed by the ole hamburger. As much as I love an old fashioned burger and believe it deserves a holiday, in Texas, brisket should be the focus and needs its own day.
