Official New Concert: Trace Adkins During Fort Worth, Texas Rodeo
There are some epic concerts coming to the Cultural District in Fort Worth, Texas in just a few weeks during the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo taking place at Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium. One of the biggest names in country for the past almost 30 years has been 2003 Grand Ole Opry inductee Trace Adkins, and he is just one of the many performers to be taking the stage during the multiweek event.
In 1996 Adkins released his debut single, There's a Girl in Texas, and the Lone Star State's love for the Louisiana native has been strong ever since. Adkin's resume before a career in country reads almost like a songwriter's session for the genre.
He was raised with a heavy gospel influence, walked onto his college football team, and then spent years working hard blue collar jobs like roughnecking, and has been quoted as saying,
"I'm not a singer who used to be a roughneck. I'm a roughneck who sings."
There isn't a more iconic song than Trace Adkins's Honky Tonk Badonkadonk?
Adkin's performs at the Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium on Friday, January 19, 2024 with tickets going on sale Friday, December 1st, 2023. There is an exclusive presale available via Live Nation with Ticketmaster here when you use the password: BACKSTAGE.
You can win tickets by listening to your Afternoon BFF Tommy Paradise each afternoon at 5:20 from December 4th through December 8th. You can also enter to win through the free app.
