Plano Man Catches Shark Off Texas Coast on His Kayak

Plano, Texas resident George Saber wasn't looking for a shark as he spent the weekend fishing off the Corpus Christie coastline, but that's what he ended up catching.

As seen in the video, George reeled in a three foot long  Atlantic Sharp-nose that seemed pretty intent on biting him! Since Saber likes to fish from his Kayak, there isn't a lot of room to move around once you bring an angry shark on board.

He describes it more of a "dance off" with the shark as he moved about the small craft as best he could to avoid getting bit. George says the secret to making it through an encounter like this without a problem is to try and remain calm and collected. Easier said than done, George. Nice catch!
