Police Searching for Temple “Plug” Robber Caught on Camera
A man sporting a black Pablo Escobar "plug" sweater is suspected in the robbery of a woman.
Temple police need the public's assistance in determining the identity of a man who they believe to be involved with a robbery that took place on July 3, 2019.
According to a press release from the city of Temple PD, a woman's purse was taken by an unknown male. Officers met with the woman near the 1500 block of South 7th Street.
The woman's purse contained numerous valuables such as bank cards,ID's, her checkbook, and a sum of around $1000 cash.
Authorities believe that the suspect may have even used some of the stolen checks at a local ATM.
Photos were obtained from the ATM giving the police and the public the opportunity to help retrieve this woman's stolen property.
