Solitary Confinement For Texas Shelter Cat That Frees Fellow Felines
There was a major security breach at the Friends For Life Animal Rescue and Adoption Organization in Houston recently.
Quilty the six-year-old cat was repeatedly letting cats out of the senior room at night. The felines would party through the night and the staff would wake up to a mess and a cat wrangle.
Enough was enough and Quilty just wouldn't listen, so steps were taken. First, they banished him to the lobby and then "Quilty-proofed" the cat room. I'm not sure what that all entails, but I assume a booby-trapped shotgun is involved.
Evidently, the little rascal has been doing this kind of thing for years. His previous owners claim he would do the same to their dogs.
It may be too late for you to adopt Quality, starting on Tuesday he has been a week-long "trial" with someone. There are a couple of issues but the potential adopter claims he is "The most loving and affectionate cat".
