Flooding continues to affect all of Central Texas. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1pm Friday.

Unfortunately there is more rainfall headed our way. It's a smart play to stay weather aware for the rest of the week.

Milam and Robertson Counties have already declared states of emergency due to flooding. Milam county estimates $250,000 dollars in damages so far. Area roadways are continuing to be evaluated. Emergency responders are on stand bye, as are emergency shelters. Crews are also working in Robertson County on flood related damage.

Elsewhere, it's Lake Whitney in Hill county that's got people concerned. Emergency crews estimate the lake will rise up to 7 feet with additional rainfal. Lake Whitney is expected to reach last years flood records before the weekend. Hill County says residents and businesses near the Lake have been advised to take action.
