Temple, TX Elementary School Evacuated Due To Grass Fire

We have breaking news coming from our news partners at KWTX. According to the news organization, High Point Elementary School is undergoing evacuation procedures due the an incident around the campus.

Firefighters are removing students from the learning institution, as smoke due to a grass fire is entering the area of the school. Law enforcement is blocking off 317 at Morgan's Road, and parents can pick up their children at Lake Belton High School.

Both Temple And Morgan Firefighters are combating the fire. As this is a developing story, more details will be reported when they become available.
