A formerly-popular radio advice show host once mocked the idea of closure. This host said there was no such thing as closure, that it was a word invented by analysts. People just needed to get over it.

Obviously, that host never lost a relative in war. The family of Captain Robert Russell Barnett was given that closure fifty years after his plane was shot down over Laos. The Air Force examined the crash site as part of ongoing efforts to locate remains of MIA servicemen and servicewomen.
