Tour Killeen’s Municipal Court

The Killeen Municipal Court of Record is celebrating Municipal Court Week through November 6, and they're inviting the public to participate.

Mayor Scott Cosper said Monday that the event is meant to encourage the community to learn more about the work of municipal judges and court staff.

The court will host an open house Thursday, Nov. 5 from 5-8 PM at 200 E. Avenue D, during which citizens can meet staff and tour the courtroom. Free food, games, and giveaways are planned, and the Teen Court Program will hold a mock trial at 6 PM.
