Waco Family Survives Early Morning House Fire
News 10 is reporting that Waco home burned down early Friday morning.
First responders reported to a home on South 8th street on Valley Mills in Waco after a house caught fire around 4 a.m. Friday morning.
When the firefighters from Valley Mills and Clifton arrived, the home was already completely engulfed in flames.
KWTX said, "Neighbors were able to go help crews and the family. The couple and their two dogs were able to escape unharmed. Witnesses say the couple is renting and had just moved in this past weekend. The home is a total loss. The family cars in the driveway were saved but that was it according to neighbors. The cause of the fire will be determined after hot spots are put out."
Police have not yet released the home owner's names to the local media.
