Waco Man Indicted for Strangling His Uncle
News 10 is reporting that a Waco man was indicted Wednesday for a 2018 murder.
Coby James Sebesta, 25, was indicted on Wednesday for strangling his uncle to death back in October of 2018.
KWTX said, "Sebesta remains in the Bell County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling more than $1 million. The murder charge stems from the death of Mark Sebesta, 59, whom officers found after responding at around 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2018 to a report of a death at a home in the 1300 block of South 35th Street in Temple."
Investigators ordered an autopsy which revealed that the cause of death for Mark Sebesta was strangulation and that the death was indeed a homicide.
KWTX said, "Sebesta was served with the murder warrant in jail where he was already held on an unrelated Bosque County warrant charging unauthorized use of a vehicle."
Coby Sebesta has been in the Bell County Jail since Dec. 4.
