The woman was reportedly 5 feet tall and weighed around 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with lettering, gray sweatpants, and a blue hat with lettering.

Police have not said whether the suspect in Thursday's robbery is connected to any other crimes.

Thursday's news reminded us of a similar robbery reported at the 1st National Bank at 2201 Trimmier Road on Tuesday, January 17. The female suspect in that case also approached a teller and demanded money, but did not display a weapon.

Detectives described the suspect in that case as a heavyset white or Hispanic woman of short stature, wearing a white Starter cap, a black hoodie with a white stripe across the chest, and blue jeans.
