Sadly, this will probably not be the last time someone in the state of Texas will discover an animal in a hot area. As reported by the National Humane Education Society, if you come across an animal in a situation that is considered life-threatening, you should call law enforcement as soon as you can. You should also provide details in regards to what the area looks like, or if in a car, details of the vehicle.

Hopefully soon, these pups will find their forever home, with plenty of treats and pets.
