News 10 is reporting that a Killeen pizza delivery driver was sentenced to 14 years in prison for a Jan. 20 hit and run.

Juan DeLeon, 22, a former Dominos' pizza driver was charged in the death of young teenager Rachael Westberg, 16.

KWTX said, "Westberg was jogging at around 7:10 p.m. Jan. 20 on Industrial Park Road in Belton when a car hit her, leaving her with skull fractures and brain injuries. A passerby spotted her lying on the ground and called 911. She was taken to Scott & White Medical Center where she later died."

Westberg was a former student at local Belton New Tech High School.

KWTX said, " Authorities say DeLeon, who was a Domino’s delivery driver at the time of the accident, got out of his vehicle after he struck her, and then left her lying in the road without calling police. Passersby found the badly injured girl."

Police were able to track down DeLeon because he left his Dominos' hat at the scene of the crime.
