Galaxy Burgers and Breakfast in Harker Heights

Since moving to Texas I have heard nothing but great things about Galaxy Burgers and Breakfast in Harker Heights. I finally got to go and the force is definitely strong with this one folks!

If you are a fan of great food,you will love Galaxy. If you love Star Wars, you may never wanna go home once you visit Galaxy Burgers and Breakfast at 121 W. Veteran's Memorial Blvd. We went hungry at the end of the day and the portion sizes do not disappoint. They feed ya right. We Deliver Killeen has a copy of the Galaxy Menu here (It's full of fun Star Wars references).

As you can see in the gallery above, Star Wars fans will feel fight at home with the decor and the themed menu that features Burgers on one side, and breakfast on the other. This is one reason I'll have to go back. I was so impressed with the breakfast menu that I didn't even get to flip the menu over to check out the burger selection on the other side.

I had a bacon and cheese omelette that came with breakfast potatoes, bacon, and 6 slices of french toast. It was absolutely amazing. Have you got a favorite menu item at Galaxy?
