Horror fans gather around, because the "Silence of the Lambs" house just went up for sale and it's surprisingly affordable.

According to a press release, current owners and sisters, Eileen Allan & Shannon Assad of The Preferred Realty, have recently placed the home of the creepy classic, The Silence of the Lambs, for sale.

The house is located at 8 Circle St in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania, sits on 1.76 acres of land, and was originally built in 1910. The sisters are hoping to see the home used as a tourist attraction for fans of the movie, or possibly even an AirBnB.

The home boasts 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. You can even take a 3D tour of the house here. Other features include an inground pool, fountain, spacious yard, 3-car garage that was previously the Layton General Store and Train Station in the 1880s, plus an antique caboose that could be converted into a pool house.

All of that could be yours for the low, low price of $298,500. Are you convinced enough to buy it?
